Our Company

• Ando Energy is a “waste to energy” company committed to


producing solutions to the waste disposal and energy challenges in
Port Harcourt environ.
• It was registered on 11th of August 2011 with the CAC with an
office located in Trans Amadi Layout, Port Harcourt.
• It is an Equal Partnership by Engr Emmanuel Anuka and Professor
Oseghale Donald Okoh.
Executive Summary

• Ando Energy is a company with operations comprising of two major


sectors; energy generation and waste disposal.
• Waste will be collected from each household in Port Harcourt at a
nominal fee of N1000 a month, the organic and plastic waste
collected will be incinerated and used to power a steam turbine
for power generation using the Ando energy power generator plant
(patented). The energy generated, about 25,000 Mw will be sold
to the government at N950.58 per Kw.

To meet the growing demand for energy in Port Harcourt while
reducing waste disposal challenge in the city using ANDO energy
converting facility

To conquer Port Harcourt entirely within the first year, Rivers state

Marketing Strategy

• Free waste disposal from households for the first three months
• Liaise with the government to ensure customers are given energy
discounts when they turn in more organic and plastic waste
(Target: Food/organic waste Industry)
• Website/ Social media/Bulk SMS/ Liaise with Government to
create awareness on proper waste sorting and disposal system
through radio stations and TV stations ( potentially government
sponsored)
Proposed Costing

• Structures: Ando Energy House – 7 billion
• Temporary storage – 500 million
• Trucks: 100 trucks at N7.36 million – 736 million
• Operational Cost for the first year – 800 million
• Unforeseen costing – 500 million
• A total of 19.54 billion
Proposed Revenue

• The waste disposal system is based on Nigerian Census Board’s


allocation of 5 million households in Port Harcourt, assuming half
of these household pay the monthly N500 for waste disposal, we
will generate N2.5 billion a month, N30 billion a year.
• The power generating system is based on the ongoing rate of
N950.58 per Kw and the 25,000Mw proposed to be sold to the
PHED, The revenue generated annually will be 950.58 x 25000Mw x
1000 = N23.9 billion annually

• Profit = 34.6 billion
• Profit after tax = 24.2 billion

• The Government has granted us a loan of 8 billion and we were


able to come with 1 billion.
• Presently we are sourcing after a loan of 10.54 billion to be
payable after 4 years.
