    I learnt a lot from my first job as a sale assistant in a small clothes


    shop. It wasn’t a difficult job and it wasn’t a very interesting job.
    Every weekend I had to open the shop at 10.00 a.m. I couldn’t be
    late. I helped customers find clothes, and I kept the shop clean and
    tidy. I used the cash register and handle credit card, so I had to be
    very careful. These things all taught me responsibilities. Now I work
    in a research laboratory. I don’t work with clothes anymore, but I still
    use the important skills that I learnt from my first job.
