● For existing EA clients, HOPEX PM fully integrates with the EA ecosystem, allowing to reuse processes
and applications created in HOPEX Business Process Analysis, IT Architecture and IT Portfolio Management.
● This integration is HOPEX greatest strategic advantage, providing quick ROI and greater visibility and
understanding over how personal data is processed, helping quickly identify compliance gaps and risk
exposure.
● The integration of HOPEX Privacy Management with HOPEX IT Architecture and IT Portfolio Management
allows applications owners to document what categories of data are processed in the context of every
application (reusing the same data categories provided by the privacy team).
● Then in HOPEX Privacy Management, the DPO and his/her team can link the applications to the processing
activities and have an immediate understanding of what personal data is processed.
● The integration of HOPEX PM with HOPEX Business Process Analysis allows to link process models to
