• Does my layout look easy to the eye? Colours work well, but the layout is all over.
• Is my layout appropriate for the database? It could be neater
• Do you suggest any layout changes, if so, what kind? Yes, make the layout more symmetrical
• Is the patient form easy to use? Yes it is
• Is my doctor form easy to use? Yes, it is very simple.

• Does my ‘Patient Appointments’ query work? Yes, it does work
• Does my ‘Patients in Sunderland’ query work? Yes, there is a lot in Sunderland.

• Does my reports look okay? They do
• Do my reports with specific values work? They work brilliant.

quite well

• Do you suggest any layout changes, if so, what kind? Why is some forms in caps and the
rest are not
• Is the patient form easy to use? Yes as the buttons stand out on the background colour
• Is my doctor form easy to use? Yes as it is the same as the patient form
• Does my ‘Appointments in July’ query work? Yes as the appointment is in July
• Does my ‘Patient Appointments’ query work? Yes but it is quite bland
• Does my ‘Patients in Sunderland’ query work? Yes I feel that the amount is adequate

I have changed the look of the layout of the
Main Menu. It looks more organized, and
the form buttons are larger, so easier to
click on.
