This document proposes the development of a dual axis solar tracking system integrated with a weather sensor. The system aims to maximize solar energy absorption through continuous adjustment to match the sun's positioning while also monitoring weather changes that could impact energy generation. Specifically, it seeks to create an affordable tracking solution that can analyze whether a static or dynamic setup would perform better under different weather conditions. The analysis results could provide guidance for designing new solar energy products.

• A solar tracker is a device that orients a payload toward the sun. payloads are usually solar panel, parabolic trought, Fresnel reflector, lenses or the mirrors of a hellostat. Trackers are used to minimize the angle of incidence between the incoming sunlight and a photovoltaic panel, sometimes known as the cosine error. Reducing this angle increase the amount of energy produced from a fixed amount of installed power generating capacity.
• The present weather sensor (pws) is a component of an
automatic weather station that detect the presence of hydrometeors and determines their type and intensity . These instruments in automatic weather stations are
Introduction used to simulate the observation taken by a human
observer. They allow rapid reporting of any change in the type and intensity of precipitation, but include interpretation limitation.

PROBLEM STATEMENT • Nowadays, most of solar system in our country is less efficiency because they cannot move in different direction to absorb enough power from sunlight.
• Unpredictable weather affects the energy generated
from the solar panels.

OBJECTIVE
• To create a dual axis solar tracking system that has
a weather sensor with lowest cost available.
• To analyze weather static solar more better than
solar tracker , or opposite.
