BLS ToT Workshop 2:
Training Materials Maintenance
Manikin Assembly, BVM and AED
1.Facilitator will demonstrate the disassembly and assembly
of a Mannequin and the bag-valve mask (BVM)
2.Facilitator will demonstrate AED
3.Trainee will perform the return-demonstration
4.Facilitator will give feedback regarding the trainee’s
performance.

Trainee BLS Demonstration
1.Trainee will be given a BLS Topic to present
2.Trainee will be asked to present the BLS Topic within 10
minutes (minimum of 5 minutes)

BLS ToT Workshop 4: BLS Psychomotor Assessment
(Using BLS Skills Sheets)
Trainees to act as participants
1.Trainee will be asked to act as first rescuer and second
rescuer for Adult CPR and AED
2.The FIRST Rescuer shall do the 1 man CPR for adult and
pediatric victim
3.The SECOND Rescuer shall carry with him the AED and
BVM. They shall perform 2-man CPR.
4.Rotate each trainee afterwards.
5.Trainee will also be asked to perform FBAOM and RB on
both Adult and Infant Mannequins

BLS ToT Workshop 5:
BLS Skills Facilitation Assessment
The trainee shall act as facilitator
1.The ToT Facilitator shall select 3 trainees and assign the
following tasks: The 1st one will assume as the facilitator, the
2nd will act as the first rescuer and the 3rd trainee will perform
as the second rescuer
2.The ToT Facilitator will select the skills to be presented
(Adult CPR and AED with 1 to 2 man rescue)
3.The trainee shall give a feedback in assuming his role as
facilitator and evaluation will be done by his ToT Facilitator

BLS Skills Facilitation Assessment
4. Rotate each trainee so that each trainee has
assumed roles as Facilitator, 1st Rescuer and 2nd
Rescuer
5. The trainee will only be evaluated in his/her assumed
role as BLS Skills Facilitator.

BLS ToT Workshop 6:
BLS Training Practicum
(Group Presentation)
BLS TOT Trainees will conduct actual BLS Training and will act as
Facilitators to actual BLS Participants
1.BLS ToT Trainees shall demonstrate the Facilitators’ roles from
training preparations, the registration of participants, to final grading
rating and to conduct of graduation.
2.ToT Facilitators will observe skills of the ToT trainees while doing
the Trainors’ Roles.
3.ToT Facilitators to provide feedback and recommendations for
improvement.
4.ToT Trainees shall submit related BLS Training documents that
they conducted to the ToT Facilitators.
