•Netflix is an online movie and series streaming platform that allows users to watch their favourite
shows and movies online.
•Netflix provides packages where an individual can either choose an individual subscription or a
family subscription with multiple screens for their family.
•With its vast library of original and licensed content, and its commitment to innovation, Netflix has
evolved into a leader in the streaming video industry and has redefined the way people consume
entertainment.

Problem Statement
•Online streaming platforms are growing and we can get any movies or TV shows readily available
online.
•Other platforms have started releasing series or movies that are only available on that platform which
causes consumers to subscribe to different platforms for their various needs.
•To understand better the current state of the streaming service industry, we wanted to evaluate the
revenue, income and user trends of Netflix.
