Description
The counters measure the duration of cell unavailability due to human operations, system
faults.
Measurement Points
The duration of cell unavailability is sampled every five seconds. If a cell is unavailable,
the corresponding counter is incremented by 5 at each sampling point accordingly. At the
end of a measurement period, the sum of these sampling results is reported.
Description
The L.ChMeas.PRB.UL.Used.Avg counter measures the average number of uplink
used PRBs occupied by PUSCH, PRACH, and PUCCH. It is used to analyze the usage
of uplink PRBs.
The number of uplink PRBs is determined by the number of uplink data packets and
quality of signals.
Measurement Points
During a measurement period, the average number of used PRBs occupied by all
uplink channels is measured in a cell per millisecond.
1526726768 L.Traffic.DRB.QCI.2 Number of DRBs for the service with QCI of 2 in a cell
1526726769 L.Traffic.DRB.QCI.3 Number of DRBs for the service with QCI of 3 in a cell
...... .......
1526726775 L.Traffic.DRB.QCI.9 Number of DRBs for the service with QCI of 9 in a cell
Description
The counters measure the number of DRBs for each service with a specific QCI
ranging from 1 to 9 in a cell, respectively.
Measurement Points
The number of DRBs for each service with a specific QCI ranging from 1 to 9 in a cell
is sampled every second. At the end of a measurement period, the average of these
sampling results is used as the value of the corresponding counter.
1526726827 L.Thrp.bits.DL.QCI.9 Downlink traffic volume for PDCP SDUs of services with the QCI of 9 in a cell
Description:
The counters measure the total traffic volume of transmitted PDCP SDUs for each service
with a specific QCI ranging from 1 to 9 in a cell.
Measurement Point
The size of the payloads in the transmitted PDCP SDUs of each service with a specific QCI is
sampled in a cell. At the end of a measurement period, the sum of these sampling results is
used as the value of the corresponding counter.
Description:
The counters measure the total traffic volume of received PDCP SDUs for each service with a
specific QCI ranging from 1 to 9 in a cell.
Measurement Point
The size of the payloads in the received PDCP SDUs of each service with a specific QCI is
sampled in a cell. At the end of a measurement period, the sum of these sampling results is
used as the value of the corresponding counter.
1526726827 L.Thrp.bits.DL.QCI.9 Downlink traffic volume for PDCP SDUs of services with the QCI of 9 in a cell
For details, please refer to the “UL/DL Traffic Volume of Traffic Volume” in chapter ” 2.6 Traffic KPIs”
Description:
The counters measure the transmit duration of downlink PDCP SDUs for services with a specific
QCI ranging from 1 to 9 in a cell.
Measurement Point
The transmit duration of downlink PDCP SDUs for each service with a specific QCI ranging from 1
to 9 in a cell is sampled per millisecond.
If there is downlink data transmission within this millisecond, the sampling result of the
corresponding counter is 1. At the end of a measurement period, the sum of these sampling results is
used as the value of the corresponding counter.

Cell Average Throughput
Cell Downlink Average Throughput
This KPI evaluates the cell downlink average throughput when there are data
transferring at downlink. It reflects the cell capacity.
The total downlink traffic volume at PDCP layer of cell and total duration for
transmitting which is measured within a measurement period. Then the average
throughput of cell is obtained at the end of the measurement period.

Description
The counters measure the maximum uplink/downlink traffic volume for received/transmitted
PDCP SDUs of each service with a different QCI ranging from 1 to 9 in a cell.
Measurement Points
The size of the payloads in the received/transmitted PDCP SDUs of each service with a different
QCI is sampled per second in a cell. The size is accumulated at each sampling point. At the end of
a measurement period, the maximum of these sampling results is used as the value of the
corresponding counter.
