In this presentation the project called
“The Turns of Life” is specified, which consists of the creation of a psychological clinic, which will have professional psychologists from the clinical and educational area. For that reason, the clients of this clinic are expected to be children, adolescents, adults and the elderly. MISSION

Turns of Life” the psychological services of various Mental Health professionals will be offered, so that we can make a significant change in the people attended. VISION
To become a prestigious regional
psychological clinic, so that the people treated recommend us by the professionals who work within this company since we want to be the best in the city and we want that in 5 years we can have a new clinic in another city of the country. VALUES RESPECT: in the ideas and preferences of the client. HONESTY: when there is something that bothers us about the interview (lateness of client, lack of attendance at sessions, etc.). RESPONSIBILITY: in the order of the sessions, this helps us to know the patient, to find the diagnosis and to propose a possible treatment. PUNCTUALITY: to start the sessions at the indicated time and end it according to the framework established with the client. VALUES CONFIDENTIALITY: with what the interviewee going to say during the session. TOLERANCE: with the diverse opinions that the client going to say in the interview. EMPATHY: with the client and their problem, because was it this the motivation for that she or he go to psychological consultation. OBJECTIVES • Provide quality service to customers. • Determine the most effective professionals. • Promote the importance of psychological care in the city of Huancayo among other provinces of Junin. • Provide comfort and basic services within the psychological clinic. • Develop training for professionals and exercise a good working environment among all. BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY DESCRIPTION With the creation of the psychological clinic called “The Turns of Life” it seeks to solve the mental health problems that exist in the Junin region, because these are increasingly serious, since people have behaviors: aggressive, dependent, anxious, extroverted, etc. We also hope that people can put aside the wrong ideas in relation to psychology and achieve that they can pay attention to their Mental Health. GOAL CLIENTS In this psychological clinic called “The Turns of Life", our service will be offered to all children, adolescents, adults and the elderly. For this reason, our target audience is people over 18 years of age, adults and fathers or guardians responsible for minors of age or old people. It is important mention you that adults or guardians in charge of other people must sign a legal document granting the necessary consent of them for the intervention and care of minors and very old people. SERVICES OFFERED The clinic called “The Turns of Life", provides the psychological care service to all people who want it so that their life is better and their mental health is taken care of, because people's the good health must be at a physical and mental level. It is for this reason, that within the clinic, there are professionals that work at an educational and clinic level so that each different age person that attends to the clinic can receive optimal and adequate care. MARKETING STRATEGIES So that people can know the services of the clinic called "The Turns of Life", we will do: • Advertisements on social networks. • Advertisements in the main streets of the city. • We will participate in charitable campaigns organized by public institutions. • We too will do our mental health campaigns for the population in general. The psychological clinic called “The
Turns of Life" will be established in a property such as a house. It will be located on Avenue San Carlos with number 200, this address is near the Identidad Park and the Continental University. Also, the clinic is 30 minutes from Constitución Park in Huancayo.. EQUIPMENT
The environments will be very clean
and for each office there will be a computer, office chairs, a desk and other necessary materials for write. Also, all professionals will have a place where they can eat and there will also be a warehouse where all the files and psychological tests necessary for the attention of clients will be kept. ECONOMIC ISSUES The investment and capital expenditure for this clinic was 20,000 soles, and we think that in 1 year we will can give us a break even in the economy for the next year. Also, the professionals that will work in this clinic will have their benefits as a private sector worker, because they represent this company.
