First step

To Learn
Make sure when you are learning keep quality of INPUT high
and pay 100% attention.

Problem is people pay divided attention. They are in multi


tasking.

Quality of INPUT decides how long and how well you can retain
your knowledge.
Second step

To Reflect
Many people are in rush to learn something but before rushing
further PAUSE for while and ask yourself

What is the take away from this thing? And how can I use this
information in my situation/ life/ work/ family?

When pause reflect this questions. That’s how learning


happens
Third step

To Implement
Magic Happens here in this stage. Unfortunately most people miss
out this.
People go on learning new things without implementing what
they have learn.
Resultant they feel false competent and be in illusion that are
capable. Which is not true because they have not implemented.
If you want to learn some thing and you like it scheduled it in your
calendar when you want to implement it. Take action.
Final step

Share it
Best way to learn is to teach it. When we teach other we take
the ownership of the content and it get organized in our
mind. More we share it get organized.

If we cannot teach it discuss it with friends and colleague but


share it. By doing this you are helping your brain to pay
more attention and you are on path of success
