According to Sugiyono (2011), qualitative research methods are research


methods based on post-positivism philosophy, used to examine the condition of
natural objects, (as opposed to experiments) where the researcher is the key

a. Triangulation of Sources
Source triangulation is used to check data about its validity, comparing the results of interviews with the
contents of a document by utilizing various information data sources as material for consideration.

b. Draw conclusions / verification


In this activity, the authors analyzed and interpreted the data based on the results of interviews and direct
observation at the research site through online learning by observing the implementation of English
classroom action research for 1 semester.
