ABSTRACT

 This sistem uses an ultrasonic module interfaced to micro


controller of 8051.
 An ultrasonic transducer comprising of a transmitter and
receiver are used.The transmitted waves are reflected back
from the object and received by the transducer again.
 The total time taken from sending the waves to receiving it is
calculated by taking into consideration the velocity of sound.
 The distance is calculated by a program running on the micro
controller and displayed on a liquid crystal display screen
inter faced to the microcontroller through Zigbee wireless
communication.

 It has modified hardware architecture 8-bit RISC processor


code.
 The ATMEGA 328 is a single chip microcontroller created by
Atmel in the mega AVR family.
LCD SCREEN

 LCD (Liquid Crystal Display)screen which consists of two


lines with 16 characters each.
 Contrast on display depends on the power supply voltage and
wheather messages are displayed in one or two lines.
ULTRASONIC TRANSDUCER

 Ultrasonic transducers are used in systems which evaluate


targets by interpreting the reflected signals.
 Ultrasound is used for measuring speed and direction.
L293D (DRIVER MOTOR)
 L293D is a typical motor driver or motor Driver IC which
allows DC motor to drive on either direction.
 It is a 16-pin IC which can control a set of two DC motors
simultaneously in any direction.
STEPPER MOTER
 It is a class of rotary electrical motor the converts electrical
energy into mechanical energy.
 Its speed can be controlled over a wide range of variable
supply voltage,which rotates 180 degrees.
LASER LIGHTS
 LASER(Light Amplification Stimulated By Emission Of
Radiation)creates and amplifies electromagnetic radiation of a
specific frequency through the process of stimulated emission.
 Laser light system create sharp light beams,highly focused
over long distances.Like laser lighting displays, laser lights are
used as an entertaining medium.
WORKING
 The system controllers used to detect missile object.
 An ultrasonic transducer with a transmitter and receiver is
used. They produce sound waves that transmit and when
reflects.
 The total time required to send the waves and receive it
calculated the velocity of sound.
 The distance measured and displayed on the LCD with the help
of the controller.
 The sensor fitted above
the antenna with the stepper
motor rotates 180 degrees.
ADVANTAGES
 Detection and destroying of the missile are done
automatically.
 Discrete distance of the object can be detected and
measure.
 It can detected small object over long operating distances.
APPLICATIONS

 Ship velocity measured.


 Vehicle location.
 Bio mass estimation.
 Echo sounding.
FUTURE SCOPE

 By using microcontroller we can implement the intelligent


system in future.
 In the future it can be used as an advanced tracking system
along with intensity camera to track a real target.
CONCLUSION
 This project of missile detection and automatic destroy system
is modified to aim at a missile object in three-axis rotation by
following the ultra sonic transceiver data.
