    The hospital management system is web based project that is used for the automation of hospital
    management in the context of Pakistan where most hospitals are not using computerized technology to
    manage hospital records.
    • Admin will manage the whole website, and can manage the doctor’s profile and patient’s history.
    • The doctor will manage the patient’s schedule and also be able to mark the status of checked and in-
    progress patients and will also be able to check the patient history.
    • Patients will be able to get online appointments from the doctors.
    • And will also be able to cancel the appointment due to any reason.
    • The unique functionality is chatbot.
    • There will appear a popup that will welcome the patients to the website and provide user support to
    them without any latency.
    • Chatbot will give instant replies to patients so that they cannot face any inconvenience.
    • Patients feel comfortable while visiting our website.

    • The project civil hospital management system is for computerizing the work in the hospital
    • software take care of all the requirements of an average hospital and is capable of providing easy
    and effective storage of information. Related to patients that come up to the hospital.
    • It generates appointment reports, provides details of doctors for patients. It helps to store all the
    kinds of records, provide coordination and user communication, improve day-to-day operations, and
    human resources, and hospital services.
