INTRODUCTION
Allianz is changing the way we log into Allianz Virtual Client (AVC) and introducing a new application called VeridiumID – a modern
multi-factor authentication (MFA) approach which uses a QR code which is more Cyber secure.
Veridium will eventually replace RSA tokens that we currently use for remote access, but not just yet, and the two services will run
alongside each other for some months. Some users will need to retain their RSA token for longer, to log into specific networks and/or
applications so these users will need to use both RSA and Veridium.
There are 3 simple steps to set yourself up to use Veridium as your way of logging in to AVC:
1. Download and enrol the VeridiumID app on your smartphone
2. Set up your Thin Client/Mobile Thin Client to be able to use Veridium
3. Log into AVC using Veridium
The following pages are guides to help you through the steps
Please note that users will be able to use both Veridium and RSA to login until we switch off RSA functionality. We’re keeping both access
methods open whilst we roll out the Veridium solution.
Important : Veridium is not supported by Thin Client & Mobile Thin Clients which are inThin OS 8 .Veridium login screen is available
only if your MTC/TC is in Thin OS 9.1.
