 Improvement means changing the performance to a new

REPEATABLE level. To be able to improve the process, it must be


repeatable and measurable.
AND
measurable Repeatability means that the process must recur over

time. The cycle may be long, as with the product
development process or it may be short, as with a
manufacturing operation or an order entry process.
 In other words, you need the ability to learn from both
successes and failures.

2. Communicate;
3. Translate and link
4. Create a management action plan;
5. Improve processes;
6. Measure progress and provide feedback; and
