Schools across the nation face a pressing need to
improve the mathematics performance of middle level
students who are not reaching proficiency on
standardized assessments and have significant
unfinished learning from prior grades.. This is a critical
issue because students’ difficulties with mathematics at
the middle level can negatively impact their future
academic and career options. That is why Constantino
Elementary School is implementing mathematics
intervention classes to help those students in need and
close the learning gap in mathematics.

Tier 1
Administration of Pre-Test Assessment in
Grades 1 to 6 using Microsoft account via Tier 1
DepEd LMS
Tier 2
Implementation of different teaching
strategies and intervention materials to assist Tier 2
pupils that fall under Non-Numerates and
Tier 3 Instructional level.
Administration of Posttest Assessment in
Grades 1 to 6 using Microsoft account via Tier 3
