Worksheet
The term Worksheet used in Excel documents is a collection of cells organized
in rows and columns. It is the working surface you interact with to enter data.
Each worksheet contains 1048576 rows and 16384 columns.

Cell is an area on a spreadsheet where data can be entered. Cells are boxes
formed by the intersection of vertical and horizontal lines that divide the
spreadsheet into columns and rows.

Shift + F11

the current workbook, or opens a document stored on a network
server, Internet.
