Lecture 11 - Discussion Method

The discussion method is an interactive teaching technique that employs two-way communication between the teacher and students. Through verbal and non-verbal feedback, the teacher can determine if students have achieved the desired learning outcomes or need more guidance. Classroom discussion is defined as an activity where people talk to share information, seek evidence, or find solutions. Effective discussion involves arranging chairs in a circle to facilitate seeing faces, respecting all opinions, using small groups, questioning opinions to encourage rethinking, and memorizing students' names.
