The document discusses communication and in-group working skills. It lists the group members and their contact information. It then poses two questions for analysis: 1) What can be applied to university studies from thinking and analysis concepts? 2) What teamwork methods help think more creatively? For question one, applying thinking independently and developing new ideas is important. For question two, trust-building, addressing engagement issues, appreciating new ideas and celebrating wins can help develop creative thinking. The conclusion notes that making progress in meaningful work is a key driver of happiness and motivation.

Thinking and Analysis
1. What do you think you can apply to your
university studies regarding these two concepts?
2. What methods of teamwork will help you think
more creatively?
What do you think you can apply to your university
studies regarding these two concepts, thinking and
thought?
Analyze and compare these two concepts: thinking and
thought.

What we can apply to our learning is related to thinking and

analysis?
Analyze and compare these two concepts:
thinking and thought.
Thinking: the activity of using your mind to consider something

Though: the act of thinking about or considering something, an idea or opinion, or a set of ideas
about a particular subject
Thinking is the mental process you use to form associations and models of the world. When you
think, you manipulate information to form concepts, to engage in problem-solving, to reason,
and to make decisions.

Thought can be described as the act of thinking that produces thoughts, which arise as ideas,
images, sounds, or even emotions.
What we can apply to our learning is related to
thinking and analysis?
Thinking: “I think, therefore l am” - we exist, and we are aware that we exist, because we
think.
In college, you have to think for yourself; to approach and evaluate new approaches and
ideas; to contribute to your knowledge base; and to develop or generate new, fresh ideas.

For example, you study Graphic Design, through the learning process you will come up
with ideas and creativity. From there, create a new publication with its own unique
features.
- Help work productivity become more effective, especially in learning, including executing
tasks or completing deadlines, if presenting a new point of view or idea such as the smart
way of working, this helps to do those jobs more optimally and quickly.
- Thinking of a new way of learning helps to remember more clearly, for a longer time, this
will contribute a lot to solving the exercises accurately and faster, it brings a lot of benefits to
the students.
- Presenting unique ideas and paths that will help you stand out in a group, and if those
ideas coincide with some people who do not dare to share, it is considered to have helped
them express their own opinions and group work will become smoother and easier.

Trust issues

Establishing trust between coworkers is important for team

productivity. Trust allows an employee to request assistance or offer
help to others, which can help everyone on the team solve problems
more quickly and effectively.

Often, trust can form naturally both through professional

performance and personal bonds. When a team is low on trust, team-
building activities may help you establish those bonds between your
staff so they are better prepared to work cohesively.
Reduced engagement

Employees who feel a connection to their work are more likely to

produce positive results. Engagement helps an employee maintain
focus and enthusiasm, which can increase both the quantity and
quality of their output. When an employee loses their connection to a
project, it can lead to a reduction in productivity.

As a manager, you can emphasize the importance of an employee's

work and communicate how they're equipped to do the work well.
Additionally, by showing results, you may help an employee find
meaning in their work.
Teamwork methods help you develop more
creative thinking
1.Appreciate new ideas.
When someone comes up with a new idea that’s not quite ready, thank them,
add information, and invite them to keep thinking.
2. Use mistakes to unlock innovation
Don’t expect mistakes.
3.Communicate regularly
Think about how you can improve the workplace, create a work/life balance and
support colleagues in their professional goals.
4.Celebrate small wins
It’s easier to be creative when you see that you are winning.
5. Mentor individual team members
Sometimes it isn’t appropriate to be creative as a team.

As Amabile points out:
on the days when people are feeling happiest, proudest, and most
motivated, the single most prominent event in those days is making
progress in meaningful work.
