INTRODUCTION 

Tresemme is an American brand of hair care products first manufactured in


1947 by the Godefroy Manufacturing Company in Manhattan, New York ,
United States. It was named after the renowned hair care expert Edna L.
Emme. The brand name is a phonetic respelling of "beloved" (French: très-
aimé) that includes the surname of its namesake.

Tresemme Shampoos are known to provide smoother, shinnier and stronger-


looking hair. Whether you want to add volume, reduce hair fall, control dry
hair, define those curls, or simply keep your strands clean, Tresemme
professional formulas offer easy cleansing solutions.
1999–2007
ABOUT LOGO
The theory behind the logo is that the more strongly
respondents associate the adjective with the logo they are
shown, the quicker they will be to identify it. Psychologists have
2007–2011 shown that common associations create stronger mental
heuristics, meaning our reactions are quicker.
Black is used to commonly target youth and a high-end
audience. It creates a mystery while representing power,
authority and elegance in the logo.

2011–present
White is a neutral color that implies purity. It is also the
essential color in negative spacing logo.
Gold is strongly associated with wealth, success, and
knowledge. It's a confident colour that attracts confident
brands. A gold colour in logo is all about prestige and high
status.

salon. They tested their products before reaching the market and inspired
products that help customers to create their own hairstyle and experience
that feels like salon treatment every day.
