Latest incident of Abduction and
Willful Killing
Abduction & Killing of a Soldier (not performing combat duty)
• Name of Victim: Corporal Frederick Villasis of 12IB, 3ID, PA
• Date of incident: 11 August 2021 at around 10:30 a.m.
• Place of Incident: Sitio Owa, Brgy. Lahug, Tapaz, Capiz
• Perpetrators: RSDG Pltn led by @Yamal of the CTG
• Narration:
 Cpl Frederick V Villasis, member of CSP Team, together with Brgy
Councilor Analyn Giganto and a certain Estong Sumaria, while
onboard 2 motorcycles on their way to Tapaz Mun Hall to coordinate
and follow-up the water system project for the Barangay, were
flagged down by CTGs and was later executed.
 Around 40 CTGs blocked their way and took the soldier with them,
leaving an unharmed the two civilians.
 The rebels tortured Villasis before shooting him from behind. His
motorcycle was also set on fire.

Conclusion

These 1,617 collection of incidents shows a


nationwide pattern of organized, orchestrated,
continuing, deliberate and systematic scheme
perpetrated by the Communist Terrorist Group
(CTGs) which justifies their designation as a terrorist
organization.
