I. ORGANIZATIONS
 LCPC is organized through a Sanggunian resolution/ordinance 5%

Executive Order by the Punong Barangay

 Composition is in accordance with DILG MC No. 2002-121, 5%

the Revised Guidelines in the Organization and Strengthening of the LCPCs


Incorporating thereat ECCD Coordinating at the Local Levels

II. MEETINGS
 Regular quarterly meetings conducted and supported by Minutes 10%
duly signed by the BCPC Secretary and Chair/Co-Chair with Attendance Sheets & Notice of Meeting
(2.5% for every regular meeting conducted in a quarter)

III. POLICIES, PLANS & BUDGETS
 Policies and Programs/Projects/Activities (PPAs) of the BCPC provided 10%
Funding in the Barangay Annual Budget
 Annual Work and Financial Plan developed 5%
 Annual Work and Financial Plan (AWFP) of the BCPC are included in 5%
the Barangay Development Investment Plan and Annual Investment
Program of the BLGU
 At least 2 policies for each major child rights have been developed 4%
and recommended through a resolution
