relationships.

• In our office we are oriented to have only one goal and that is securing the quality

of work with ethics.

• aiming this goal makes us work as a team, move as one and create a harmonious

relationship to each other.

individual is that, it leads to ones inability to achieve his goal and initiatives.

fewer Ideologies, Collectivists tend to live their lived based on a set of particular

Ideologies, everyone suffers, In cases where an Individual made a mistake or made a

wrong decision, the result of that decision directly affects everybody.

No change, New and Profitable Ideologies are beginning to find expression on the

state as the emphasis is more on the well being of the state that on Individuals, the

ideology still has its negative sides. thus, in trying to figure out what system to adopt, a

good understanding of the pros and cons of collectivism will help the society to know

Multi- culturalism

• to sum this up, living in a society which is multi-ethnic has many advantages for it

gives individuals chance to experience various ways of living through the

acquisition of other people's language, custom, behaviors as well as art.
