1. Must bring ALL recommended most critical Safety & Health Hazard to
Action Plans. Do not leave anything.

2. Item recommended must be specific cover what, when ,where, who and
how. For example To Conduct Training; what topic of training to be done,?
when to be conducted, where to be conducted, who is the trainer, how long the
training, how many people to include in training and etc.
