For the percentage of the earnings our prospective investors will
receive, Ma-Nolcirain Pottery Store has decided to divide and
distribute according to "ratio". This is to ensure a proper distribution
of potential earnings. A distribution according to ratio better
determines the responsibility and capital contributions of the
Percentage of
businesses involved. Hence, the ratio distributed to the prospective
clients results in the amount of profit we are willing to offer. This is
to ensure a proper distribution of potential earnings. In terms of what
Earnings
these investors can offer us, the ratio consists of a denominator of
"13" so as to widen the coverage of the profits and not limit them to
the 100th percentile. The number 13 was also selected because, after
the calculations are extended past the denominator of 10, this is the
point at which everyone will be able to gain the most. This is done in
order to provide our potential clients more leeway in deciding how to
split the revenues.
To divide earnings based on agreed ratio of 2/13, 2/13, 3/13, 1/13, 3/13, 2/13

This will be the ownership percentages based on what these organizations or businesses may offer to our company. SeedIn has the highest percentage
as the reason being that they will be the main funding unit our company will rely on. Followed by Hunter Pottery, since, if agreed upon, they will be
the main source of our products. Muradito Home will also serve as our retail establisher and they can take part in our promotions of the locality in
terms of product outputs, thus having a percentage of 11%. Pampanga Pottery (10%) will serve as a manufacturing basis for our company as well,
where we may take part in distributing their products. Lastly, Roadside 9 can serve as another medium as to where we can sell our products and will
take 8% of ownership. 4
