    Terms and Conditions

    Please note that by signing this proposal you, as the client, agree to the
    following.
    1.I accept the proposal as it is. Any changes to the proposal must be
    discussed prior to signing.
    2.I agree to the fees outlined in the proposal and acknowledge that
    [cost………………] is due as a down payment to start the project. Other
    payment is due [explain further payment dates and structure].
    3.I understand that the project will begin when both parties have signed the
    agreement. The project will continue on the timeline set in this proposal.
    4.I understand that this agreement becomes effective when signed by
    myself and your company name.
    5.If I cancel the agreement due to any unavoidable reason than I will give a
    prior notice within one month and discuss the issue further.
    After the agreement I will pay 25% of total tk. as a guaranteed money. 14
