Responsible for Oil production technology, oil& Water wells management

Assist Senior production supervisor
Participate in drilling and completion designs review and make recommendations for efficient operations and production.
Technical supports to on-site production, Analyze and solve the oil & water wells problems with solution and advice, and
implement the solution, and responsible for acceptance and evaluation
In charge of organize wells workover and operation.
Collect wells information, prepare operational and technical reports.
Supervise projects, track cost, and schedule the various technical projects and ensure contractor compliance to health, safety and
environmental.
Supervise and train on-site operations personnel to ensure that everyone works as a team in order to meet company objectives.
Assist to work with partners and service contractor to carry out the wells operation matters.
Provide advice for improvement of the regulation and rules on operation management, and implementation.

MY CAREER EXPECTATION FOR THE NEXT
5 YEARS ARE
Still plan to be working with CNOOC either in some role or having gained advancement to
more senior level.
To have developed both personally and professionally within the 5 years. I plan to achieve
this by completing a lot of training development courses and working on challenging
projects that constantly will push my skills and qualities.
I would want to be seen as a trust worth, reliable and supportive employee who is helping
the company to thrive and move forward.
