Taguibo Aquatech Solutions Corporation has established a quality management


system that defines processes and sub-systems clearly understood and managed
by qualified and competent personnel.

This Management System Manual documents Taguibo Aquatech Solutions


Corporation’s quality system to demonstrate the company’s ability to consistently
provide services that meet requirements of clients and other stakeholders. This
manual establishes compliance with the applicable standard(s) listed in Section
1.3 of this manual.

System covers the company’s bulk water supply and water treatment operations
located at Sitio Iyao, Brgy. Anticala, Butuan City as covered by Environmental
Compliance Certificate No. ECC-R13-1403-0055 (A).

For externally provided processes, products, and services of the organization,


if there are any, such will be covered in the Purchasing process.

The context of the organization is defined through the Business Model Canvas
and the outputs of the SOAR Analysis. Interested parties relevant to the
Quality Management System of Taguibo Aquatech Solutions Corporation are
identified in the Stakeholder Analysis conducted during the Management
Planning process.

organization, Quality Policy, business process, stakeholders and

procedures that support the implementation of the policy statement
contained in the Management System Manual;
c) Support Documents Manual which includes work instructions, Taguibo Aquatech
Solutions Corporation

implementation of the quality management system.

The policy endorses efforts that ensure the quality of occupational safety
and health by emphasizing incident and accident prevention and the
control of risks in the working environment. Furthermore, the
Management is committed to continuous improvement of workplace
