AT THE END OF THE LESSON; 80% OF THE
LEARNERS MUST BE ABLE TO:
A.RECOGNIZES DIFFERENCES IN SOUND QUALITY FROM A VARIETY OF SOUND
RESOURCES.
B.USES THE VOICE AND OTHER SOURCES OF SOUND TO PRODUCE VARIETY OF
QUALITY SOUND.
C.RESPOND TO DIFFERENCES IN SOUND QUALITY WITH APPROPRIATE MOVEMENT.
II. SUBJECT MATTER

TOPIC: DIFFERENCES IN QUALITY OF SOUND (LESSON 1: QUALITY OF SOUND)


REFERENCE/S: UMAWIT AT GUHIT 3 PP.58-67
MATERIALS: RECORDED SOUNDS OF NATURE,TRANSFORMATION,ANIMALS,AND
REAL OBJECTS
THAT CAN PRODUCE SOUNDS.
METHOD/S OF TEACHING: STUDENT- CENTERED METHODS OF INSTRUCTION.
III.PROCEDURE

DAILY ROUTINE:

• OPENING PRAYER

• GREETINGS

•CHECKING OF ATTENDANCE
• CHECKING AND PASSING OF THE ASSIGNMENTS
ACTIVITY

THE TEACHER WILL GROUP THE PUPILS INTO THREE: EACH GROUP WILL IMITATE
THE SOUND
OF AN ANIMALS OR A THING. LET THE OTHER GROUPS IDENTIFY THE NAME OF THE
ANIMAL.
THE GROUP WHO GIVE THE CORRECT ANSWER GETS ONE POINTS. THE GROUP WHO
HAS
THE HIGHEST SCORE WINS.
ANALYSIS

THE PUPILS WILL LISTEN TO RECORDED SOUNDS OF THE FOLLOWING:

THEN, THE PUPILS WILL CREATE A MOVEMENT TO INTERPRET THE SOUNDS HEARD.

INSTRUMENTS ,THINGS, MUSICAL GADGETS, AND ANIMALS.
TIMBRE: IS THE ELEMENT OF MUSIC REFERS TO THE QUALITY OF SOUNDS
