AIM OF THE PROJECT

 The main aim of this project is to provide the customer service to the users for the
Company.

 It stores the record of suppliers, hardware, sales, purchase and customer records are
maintained and manipulated.

 This project also gives about the list of orders available and its status to the clients.
OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT

 Input Design is the process of converting a user-oriented description of the


input into a computer-based system.

 It is achieved by creating user-friendly screens for the data entry to handle


large volume of data.

 When the data is entered it will check for its validity

 Operating System : Windows Xp / Windows 7

 Front End : ASP .NET

 Coding Language : C#

 Back end : SQL Server


HARDWARE SPECIFICATION

 System : Pentium IV

 Hard Disk : 80 GB

 Monitor : 17” Colour Monitor

 Mouse : Logitech

 RAM : 512MB
EXISTING SYSTEM
 They need to sell the product, prepare bill, maintain purchasing and
stock in shop, keep their records and prepare reports

 It leads to chance of human errors that may create some problem

 Due to that problem it feels difficulty to give good customer service.


PROPOSED SYSTEM

 It is a web based application in which the Sales and Service are done
through online.

 This package gives all the information regarding the transaction of


product & other details.

 Information is available anytime.

 Security is associated with user authentication

CONCLUSION

 The project “Computer spares sales and service” is to have smooth relationships
with the clients.

 Provide solutions to the problems faced by the clients and make them as regular
customers.

 This leads to perform a good deal with the customers and resolving their problems
in a healthier approach.
