Firstly the user is welcomed in the
management system and is provided
with the following options-
In our 1. Room details
project…. 2. Check in
3. Check out
4. Update info
5. Restaurant

Detailed analysis
Under the section of room details the user will be
provided with 3 types of rooms and their corresponding
details

Under option 2 of
‘check in’ the program
will ask you to input
your personal
information such as
name,contact number,
companions (if any) etc.
It will also provide you
with the charges and
final bill amount.

Under the option of ‘update’
you can edit your duration of
stay or the number of
companions. For eg if a user
wants to check out after/before
the actual date of check out he
can extend or shorten his stay
by editing in this portal and the
corresponding new bill will be
generated.

Under the case of
check out the
program prints the Vestibulum nec

details of duration
of the stay , total
bill etc.

restaurant ,the user is
provided with the menu
including items from
starters to desserts. The
user have to just select his
order and enter his room
ID.
