Warnings

• Electrical safety aspect must be considered and working steps and warnings
MUST be followed and obey, work according to safety standards in all steps. If this
is not possible for some reason work must not continue
Step 1: Confirm the FPMA lot code
FPMA material lot code is visible on the bar code label, which is located in the
FPMA casing (front left)
Confirm that the FPMA lot code is in the affected range before proceeding.
LOT CODES IN THE AFFECTED RANGE: RK1714…RK1813
Step 2: Disconnect the Site Power
• Before start, block the transmission of the site (to get minimum load)
• Preparation for site power cabling replacement work
• Switch ALL FPBB (battery units) to stand by
• Switch ALL FPAA (rectifier units) to stand by
• Disconnect ALL AC- supplies to ALL FPMA’s in site
• Prevent AC supply re-connection by locking the switches and use warning signs to
notice work ongoing
NOTE! Prior to Step 2, check that mains supply to all FPMAs at that site are de-
energized. Use appropriate measurement equipment for this!
