Extreme Networks Associate (ENA)


Extreme Networks Specialist (ENS)

Extreme Networks Associate (Level 1)

Foundation for Extreme Networks certification program.


Focuses on the configuration and management of the Extreme
Networks family of switch products.
Facilitated by Authorized Training Partners (ATPs).
• Full 5-day attendance in ECF class to obtain certification
• Price is included with ECF class
• Alternatively, take an 80-question, 2-hour, multiple-choice exam  
• Price is equal to one day of training or one training voucher if test is
purchased separately
• Minimum required score to pass is 75%

Extreme Networks Specialist (Level 2)

Exam verifies advanced skills:


• Redundancy
• Routing
• Security
• Multicast routing
First-level TAC bypass with ENS certification
• Direct access to Tier 2 Technical Assistance Center with service contract
• Bypass Level 1 TAC
Certification valid for two years.
To register for the ENS level of certification, you must complete the
Extreme Networks Associate Certification.

• Use website www.extremenetworks.com/education and select an Authorized
Training Partner in your region
• Price is a one-day training voucher
Theoretical knowledge and practical skills are tested in a
combination of multiple choice questions and hands-on exam
• Exam consists of two parts:
Multiple choice written exam
Hands-on practical exam
• Minimum required score 75%
