Addiction Lesson Plan 1
Addiction Lesson Plan 1
• This lesson includes a video that features individuals speaking about their own
dependencies, and one speaking about their father’s dependency. Please ensure
you are aware of any students in your class for whom this may be triggering, and
make a plan for what to do if it is too much for them. This may include speaking
with them before the lesson and offering them alternative provision, or letting
them know that they can leave the classroom at any time to go to a predetermined
location where they can have some quiet time.
• There are several follow-up tasks provided. You may not have time to do all of
them in one lesson. Choose the ones that you feel are most applicable to your
setting.
