 Introduction

Our project is to computerize travelling company to manage

data, so that all the transactions become fast and there should

not be any error in transaction like calculation mistake, bill

generation and other things. It replaces all the paper works

and also keeps all the records.


Objective

• Replace all the paper works.

• Eleminates long queues of persons for buying tickets.

• Fear of losing tickets.


Requirment analysis

• Requirment analysis is a software engineering task


that bridge the gap between the system level
software allocation and software design.

• It provides the software designer with a


representation of information and function that
can be translated data, arcitectrual and procedural
design.
Problem
System that using by the staff at the counter
currently is an internal system and just used to sell the
bus and train ticket at the counter .
Customer has to go to the counter to buy ticket or ask
for schedule. Furthermore, customers need to pay cash
when they buy the tickets and sometimes needs to queue
up long time to get the ticket. Besides that, customer
also not allowed to buy ticket throw the telephone and
t h e b u s a n d t r a i n c o m p a n y ’s t e l e p h o n e a l w a y s b u s y l i n e .
Solution

The method to solve this problem is to create an


online bus and train booking system. Customer can buy
t h e b o o k t i c k e t o v e r t h e i n t e r n e t , 2 4 h o u r s a d a y, 7 d a y s
a week and the bus ticket can not be lost, stolen or left
behind.
Furthermore customers no need to pay cash to buy
the ticket because they can make a online payment.
