• Operated in Asia mainly in Pakistan , Bangladesh ,Myanmar.
INTRODUCTION
• Pakistan is currently having impressive growth of e-commerce and related activities
in the commercial sector.
• Online shopping is easier and less time consuming.
• customer analysis has become a major concern for Daraz Pakistan.
BACKGROUND STUDY
• The online trade has grown rapidly in recent years.
• Online customer research continues to show that many remain dissatisfied with their online
shopping experience.
• This shopping differ from traditional shopping as there is no involvement of customers
physically.
• Complicated online website might be big hurdle for customers satisfaction.

LITERATURE REVIEW

• E-commerce has a significant impact on business costs and productivity.

• E-Commerce plays an important role in the economic growth and development of nation.

• It also pertains to any form of business transaction in which the parties interact electronically rather
than by physical exchanges or direct physical contact.

• But there are some factors that effect the growth of ecommerce bussiness in Pakistan from previous
researches we came to know that customer satisfaction plays a important role for the growth of daraz.

These steps involve in critical study of our research.
1. What are the Impact of e-commerce business in Pakistan.
2. What is main problem faced by Daraz Pakistan.
3. What is purpose of our research.
4. What are our research objectives and questions.
5. Empirical Findings and analysis.
6. Recommendations and conclusions to resolve problem faced by Daraz.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
• We will collect data from primary source as well as secondary data from the problems face
by the customers.
• In our major part of survey we will follow the face to face process that made our data
collection process more effective
• We also conduct survey on online basis. It also provide us first hand data through internet
systems
• We will select descriptive research
• Use of theoretical information for achieving our research objectives.
• Provide suitable solutions for our research problems for conclusion.
