HRM

Amazon is known as one of the largest online retailers, but its work culture has been criticized. Employees are pushed to work long hours and are constantly monitored. They face criticism from bosses if goals aren't met. Amazon also uses a bell curve system for performance reviews that demotivates some workers. To improve, Amazon should limit work hours, change performance reviews, provide more benefits, and support a better work-life balance for all employees.

Solution to the problem

Amazon should look after their employees condition . They should not give much pressure on their work . The top management should fix a working hours for their
subordinate . They should change their performance appraisal system .They should not ranked their employees because when the employees get placed in lower ranked
