NL DALMIA

CITI bank
• In NL DALMIA College CITI bank comes in the month of august and only for
finance students.
• If they are coming, first they contact with the placement team and forward them JD.
• The process start from the aptitude test whoever pass that exam would be able to sit
for the personal interview. Then after clearing personal interview round they have to
sit for group discussion round. Once they clear group discussion round they have to
sit for final round.
• The final offer letter they will receive in the month of October.
NL DALMIA

HDFC Bank
• In NL DALIMA College HDFC bank comes in the month of September. Sometimes
they come for finance students or sometimes for marketing also.

Selection process:

• Any candidate with a minimum age of 18 years and a maximum of 26 years of the
required degree shall be eligible to go through the written first of 2 hours. The written test
contains Reasoning, Mathematics, Quantitative Aptitude, General English and General
Awareness.
• If the applicant passed the written test are selected for the interview process. The
interview process is done through a test of 100 marks. A jury/committee of individuals
from the Interview Board evaluates the applicant. The applicant is evaluated and
measured on his way of speaking, his appearance, his intellect as he/she communicates,
his / her temperament and the way he/she responds the questions, candidate's nature and
the most critical of his / her suitability and the role that he/she is willing to work for. The
candidate is assessed accordingly.
