Fire Extinguisher

Fire Extinguisher has been installed around OX tank, Oil Heater, Substation,
CCR, Laboratory, flaker area. For process area fire extinguisher PR has been
raised and on arrival at site they will be installed on immediate basis. Some

Fire Alarm System

Fire Alarm System has been operational. Training for Fire Alarm system has also
been done and their record has been updated.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping has been done in different areas. Remaining house keeping in
progress. Deputed 4 persons at plant site for housekeeping only. Some areas

Work Permit System

Work Permit system has been implemented at site. Their implementation ensured on
daily basis by HSE officer. Their record maintained by HSE Department in documented
form. If somebody violate of any part of work permit it will be declared “Near Miss”. HSE
department shall issued a warning letter or imposed a fine.
First Aid

First aid Box is updated at site. First aid box is placed at Main Gate, HSE
Office, CCR. HSE department gives first aid to employee in case of any
burn, cut etc. Record of First aid items is updated.
Sign Boards

Sign boards have been given for printing. Some of pictures as under.
