MEDIA
PRINT MEDIA

It refers to any written or pictorial form of


communication produced mechanically or
electronically using printing, photocopying,
or digital methods from which multiple
copies can be made through automated
processes.
POSTERS
A poster is a temporary promotion
of an idea, product, or event put
up in a public space for mass
consumption. Typically, posters
include both textual and graphic
elements, although a poster may
be either wholly graphical or
wholly text. Posters are designed
to be both eye-catching and
informative.
PRESS KIT
A press kit often referred to as a
media kit in business environments,
is a pre-packaged set of
promotional materials that provide
information about a person,
company, organization, or cause
and which is distributed to
members of the media for
promotional use.
TELEPHONE
DIRECTORY
A telephone directory commonly
called a telephone book, telephone
address book, phone book, or the
white and yellow pages, is a listing
of telephone subscribers in a
geographical area or subscribers
to services provided by the
organization that publishes the
directory
MARKETING
COLLATERAL
Marketing collateral is any media
material used to promote a
company’s products or services.
This includes everything from print
materials like posters and flyers .
Anything you can use to
communicate your company’s
brand message is considered
marketing collateral.
P.O.S DISPLAYS
POS Displays, also known as
Point of Sale, is a print marketing
method used to elevate sales at
places where a sale is likely to
take place, such as a Point of
Purchase. Each of these have a
purpose of communicating your
message to consumers to create
an effective sales uplift for your
brand.
NEWSPAPER
A newspaper is a periodical
publication containing written
information about current events and
is often typed in black ink with a white
or gray background.
Newspapers can cover a wide variety
of fields such as politics, business,
sports, and art, and often include
materials such as opinion columns,
weather forecasts, reviews of local
services, obituaries, birth notices,
crosswords, editorial cartoons, comic
strips, and advice columns.
MAGAZINES
A magazine is a periodical
publication which is printed in
gloss-coated and matte paper.
Magazines are generally published
on a regular schedule and contain
a variety of content. They are
generally financed by advertising,
by a purchase price, by prepaid
subscriptions, or by a combination
of the three.
BOOKS
A book is a medium for recording
information in the form of writing or
images, typically composed of
many pages (made of papyrus,
parchment, vellum, or paper) bound
together and protected by a cover.
COMICS
Comics is a medium used to express
ideas with images, often combined
with text or other visual information.
It typically takes the form of a
sequence of panels of images.
Textual devices such as speech
balloons, captions, and
onomatopoeia can indicate
dialogue, narration, sound effects,
or other information.
OUTDOOR MEDIA
Outdoor advertising, also known as
out-of-home advertising, is
advertising that reaches consumers
when they are outside their homes.
The Outdoor Advertising Association
of America says that's where
consumers spend 70 percent of their
time.
BROADCAST MEDIA

Broadcast media provides valuable


information that can inform and educate
and includes public service
announcements, daily news, weather
forecasts, interviews, and documentaries.

Internet is a vast network that
connects computers all over
the world. Through the
Internet, people can share
information and communicate
from anywhere with a
connection.

New media is any media– from


newspaper articles and blogs
to music and podcasts– that
are delivered digitally. From a
website or email to mobile
phones and streaming apps,
any internet-related form of
communication can be
considered new media.
