An employee should have only one boss and
follow their instructions.
If there are more than one boss it’s create
conflict and effect on decorum.
Example:- Our event coordinator is Sayyeda
ma’am. She has power of taking decision and
gave command to the others. And everyone
have respect and follow their decision.
Unity of Direction
All the person who join in the organization have
a goal and motive.
It will help in make the work easier and achieve
the set goal easily.
Example:- Our M.B.A professor have a goal to
give a practical knowledge to the student.
So the Jenish sir given report work to us and
every faculty member guided to us according to
their area of specialization.
