 Night Auditor
 Responsible for the front desk operation during
the overnight shift.
 Primary responsibilities include:
 registering guests
 making reservations
 preparing daily reports
 balancing transactions
 conducting security walks.

troubleshoot in order to resolve guest issues that

Guest Service Agent

 Responsible for greeting

 Settling the guest’s account upon completion of their stay.
 This allows the Guest Service Agent to expand their skill sets
and work in a fast paced environment with new challenges .

Chief Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities may include:


 maintaining the exterior of the building
 parking lot common areas driving shuttle van as
needed
 maintaining all equipment in guest rooms
 conducting monthly safety inspections
 training the staff on safety and emergency
procedures
 working with vendors.

 The Chief Maintenance Engineer must:


 be willing to respond to emergencies, even if
after hours.
 work with corporate maintenance on special
remodeling projects or capital expenditure needs.
Room Attendant

 Room Attendants are responsible for the


cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, and public
areas in the hotel.
 Responsibilities include:
 servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with
hotel procedures
 stocking cart with room supplies
 replacing bed linens
 replenishing guest room supplies.

ability to communicate effectively with guests
and team members verbally or in written form,
and the ability to bend, lift, and be standing or
walking all day
F&B Services
 Has to be a master at multitasking.

 They is in charge of all aspects of day-to-day operations of


the food aspect of the restaurant.

 She must have extensive training in food safety, health codes


and local and state restaurant laws.

 The attractiveness and safety of all food in the restaurant


rests on her shoulders.

 Must make sure that all methods and recipes are followed for
every dish served in the restaurant.

o Work must be done according to plan, and cooking has to be monitored
for flavor and consistency.

 Constant cleaning is imperative in the restaurant business, and the food


manager is in-charge of it.

 He will create a cleaning schedule, including every part of the


restaurant, and will make sure that it is followed daily.

 He ensures the cleanliness of all equipment, tools and physical-


building surfaces.

 He will make every employee aware of the pertinent food safety laws,
regulations and procedures, and ensure that they are following them
every day.
