• IT LOGY HUB PVT LTD needs to build a brand image by
adopting aggressive and effective marketing strategies.
• The company needs to work on the workculture of the
oranisation and have to work on promoting the the
traninng and the development techniques for their
employees.
• Advertisement is considered an effective marketing tool,
so the company should come up with good advertisement
to get establish .
• They need to work on the new HR policies of the company
which has not been taken into consideration for so long.
• Company has a good market support and delivery term &
packaging with which can tap the opportunity to grow its
market and increase its market shares.
• The company is doing good training and the placement of the
aspirant in his sister companies and the client companies but
the process is too long .
• It should focus on the aspirant candidates rather than whole
pool of the candidate to cut off the time.

responsibilities and a person specification
defining personal skills and competences. The
emphasis should be on matching the needs of
the company to the needs of the applicants.
This would minimize employee turnover and
enhance satisfaction
• The survey undertaken shows that effective
recruitements efforts play a vital role in creating
the goodwill of the company and increase the
efficiency of the organization .
