New Scheduler (Beta)

New Scheduler (Beta)
● From ServSuite home screen, click New Scheduler (Beta)

● Build: Build the route you’d like to see by entering route name, dates, time range
● Work Pool: View services sitting in the workpool that are waiting to be scheduled
● Quick Scheduler: Find work orders within a certain range and build a route
● Block Time: Stop services from being scheduled on certain routes/days/times by blocking
those days and times
● Quick Search: Narrow down your search for a particular service/acct.
● Options: Additional adjustable options
● Settings: Adjustable options by user preference, change the layout of your schedule
Building Routes/Favorite Routes
BUILD
● You can drag and drop the Add New Account button on a certain date, time and route, so that when
you add the new account information and sell a program or schedule an estimate the date, time and
route will be automatically filled.
● If you want to select the entire month, you now have a button for it!
● In addition to the calendar where you can select the dates, you will have predefined date ranges that
you can associate with your favorite routes so that when you open your favorite route, it will always
display the date range selected.
● Use the Dropdowns and select your route criteria

Favorite Routes
● After selecting a Date Range and Route, give it a name and type it in the Favorites field for it to
Save to Favorites.
○ This will make it faster/easier to view your frequent routes
Building Routes/Favorite Routes
Window Options after building Mult. Routes
● A Window will open for each schedule that is built. ● Build up multiple Routes in a single schedule
● On the New Scheduler, you can: ● Use the Windows drop down to change between
● Work with more than one Window as shown below. routes and the ‘X’ next to the route name to clear it
● Set calendar view to Today, Day, Week, or Month view. off the calendar
● Go back and forth through Dates using the arrows at top left. ● Change the way Routes are displayed:
● Close an open Window by clicking on the X at its upper left corner horizontal/vertical
Block Time

● In New Scheduler (Beta) > click Block Time


● Enter appropriate criteria and click Done when finished
○ This will keep any services from being scheduled during this
time/day for the route selected
○ This blocked time will show up in red on the calendar
All Work Orders and Leads that are in the Work Pool can be dragged
and dropped in a previously built schedule. Another way to remove a
Work Order from the Work Pool is by clicking on the Work Order
Work Pool from the list. The Work Order Information box will open up.

● Change the order of results in the work pool table by clicking


on any of the headers in blue.
● Display more results by changing the amount to Show at the
upper left corner.
● Go through results by selecting the following page number at
the lower right corner and additionally we can search through
the whole table with the search provided at the upper right
corner.
Remove a Work Order from the Work Pool
Uncheck Workpool on the Work Order Information box and the event will
be Confirmed. It will now show up on the schedule at the set Date, Time and Route.
Options/Settings

● In New Scheduler (Beta) > Options


○ Adjust Display Text for info that shows up on WOs
○ Match by color allows you to organize WOs by color
● In New Scheduler (Beta) > Settings
○ Use options in Settings to change Font/Font Size
○ Click View Hover Over Setup to change what info appears when you hover over
a WO
○ Use other Setup options to adjust your visual preferences within Scheduler
Summary:

Building Routes

1. From ServSuite home screen, click New


Scheduler (Beta) > go to Build
a. Enter desired criteria OR select a
route from Favorite Routes (if made)
b. A schedule should appear on the
calendar
2. Use New Scheduler (Beta) to double check
yourself when you are rescheduling work
orders
