What is the text about?
(subject/focus)

 The text focused on the errors of every students in making sentences


even in word order, word choice, tenses, prepositions, articles,
punctuations and also for grammar. Also, the teachers find them
selves in a frustrating situations in teaching the language because the
student still commit errors.
What is the writer’s goal in writing the text?
(purpose)
 The writer’s goal in the text shows to us the importance of learning
and using the correct English/language and to point out the Filipinos
problem specifically in grammar. Also, the writer wants to share her
opinion on what are we going to do about this problem.
Who is the target reader of the text?
(audience)

 The target reader of the text was focused only in Filipinos because of
the situation that every student find themselves hard in learning
English even though the teachers are trying to teach them the ethical
using of English.
What is the point of view used in the text?
(first person, second person, third person)
 The point of view used in the text was the third person because the
author or narrator is the one who narrates the story.
How much does the writer know of the subject?
(writer’s knowledge)

 The writer’s knowledge about the text was knowledgeable enough


because she elaborated the possible factors why are Filipino students
insufficient knowledge about English rules.
How did the writer organize the text?
(style)

 The writer organized the text well, because she used different styles
and by the appropriate information for the audience and for the main
purpose of the text.
Did the writer write in a formal or informal manner?
(tone)

 The writer write in the text in a formal manner because the text shows
ideas and formal situation that give knowledge to the readers and
also, it was derived by the writer with evidences.
How did the writer choose the words and organize the
sentences? Was the language formal, informal, or casual?

 The writer choose the formal words organize by correcting


grammar and easy to understand. The language was formal
because the writer used formal and correct words.
