Exercise Number 4 Plotting Iso-Circle

The document describes the six step process for drawing an isometric circle using the four-center approximate method. First, an isometric square is drawn with sides equal to the circle's diameter. Second, the square's corners are connected by diagonals. Third, midpoints are found and are tangent points. Fourth, the major arc centers are at the square's endpoints. Fifth, minor arc centers are at intersections of lines through major arc centers. Sixth, the major and minor arcs are drawn using the located centers.

STEP 5
Locate the centers of minor arcs.
The centers of minor arcs can be located by connecting the
centers of the major arcs to the midpoint of their opposite sides, the
intersections of these lines are the centers of the minor arcs which
are points E & F.
