• Application of teaching principles varies


according to the teacher’s level of competence
as they adjust to different levels, maturity,
background experience, the objectives and
interest of the learners.
• A good teacher must adjust her learning styles
to individual differences, help students

RLE.

1. Professional Competence
• Adherence to standard of excellence and
self development
• Enhanced and strengthened by eclectic SKV
through years of training and experience
a. Teaches lesson that stimulates to think and learn
b. Gives clear and concise assignments
c. Encourage students feed back on assigned lesson
and activities done
d. Presents a well organized subject matter
e. Provides her students with relevant learning
experiences
f. Possesses mastery of the subject matter
g. The teacher can speak clearly, audibly and
fluently
h. Professional well groomed, properly dressed
and poised
i. Must have broad interests
j. Evaluates objectively students performance
