Fungi: (Simple Discussion)

Fungi are eukaryotic organisms that are classified into four main divisions: Chytridiomycota, Zygomycota, Ascomycota, and Basidiomycota. They have true nuclei surrounded by membranes, lack vascular tissue, have cell walls, reproduce via spores rather than an embryonic stage. Fungi play an important role in breaking down organic matter in soil and releasing nutrients, and are essential to various household and industrial processes such as making bread, wine, beer, and some cheeses.
