• Keluarkan VCB dari kompartemen

1. Pastikan VCB sudah dalam kondisi open


circuit (lihat indicator on dan off pada
panel VCB.
2. Grounding kabel menuju ke utility,lihat
panel untuk mengetahui status grounding
3. Rack out kompartemen VCB, kemudian
cabut socket vcb dari panel
4. Pasang trolly dan Tarik vcb keluar dari
kompartemen

Periksa part part dari
VCB

1. Buka cover body


penutup kompartemen
VCB
2. Periksa baut kecil untuk
pengikat coil di bagian
bawah, pastikan baut
tidak kendor
3. Periksa nilai Insulation
dan resistance dari vcb
(tes open close vcb)

Bersihkan finger contact vcb dengan mengguanak scotch breath, kemudian lap dengan alcohol
sampai kering dan oleskan tipis tipis electrical grease

Preventive Maintenance VCB

• Pastikan semua kompartemen telah di cek kembali dan pasang kembali cover body vcb
kompartement, cek panel lv vcb dan pastikan semua baut tidak ada yg kendor.
• Masukan kembali VCB kompartemen dan posisikan dalam test position,test ON dan
OFF VCB sebelum di normalisasi.
• Normalisasi VCB dan buka grounding
• Vcb siap untuk dioperasikan .
