Exploring Procedure Text: Recipe

This document outlines a lesson plan for teaching students about procedure texts (recipes) in Indonesian. It begins with the competencies and problems students face regarding procedure texts, such as lacking vocabulary and understanding of structure and tenses. The learning objectives are to analyze short manuals, create short food/drink recipes, and demonstrate recipes. The lesson involves greeting students, checking attendance, asking warmup questions about cooking, and explaining procedure texts through a PPT presentation. Students then discuss vocabulary, grammar, social functions and text structure through guided questions and worksheets. They analyze example recipes and create a mind map. Finally, the teacher and students summarize and conclude the lesson, with homework potentially assigned before closing.
